Ingredients
- 2 oz brewed Thai coffee, chilled (see note)
- 1 - 2 oz coffee liqueur such as Kahlua
- About 1 oz Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
- Ice
Optional Drizzle
You can drizzle the drink with plain sweetened condensed milk or chocolate condensed milk. To make chocolate condensed milk, mix some sweetened condensed milk with cocoa powder until desired darkness; if it becomes too thick to drizzle (which may happen if you let it sit in the fridge), add a splash of the coffee to thin it out.
Note: Brewing ratio for Thai coffee is 4 Tbsp of Thai coffee for every 1 cup of water. For more about Thai coffee see Thai Iced Coffee and Thai Coffee 4 Ways videos.
Instructions
Mix Thai coffee and coffee liqueur and pour over an ice-packed glass. Gently pour Irish cream liqueur over the top and finish off with a drizzle of the condensed milk, if desired. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
